Please have a clutter-free environment; if it is not possible, the team may not be able to fully complete your clean.

If you are not completely happy with your cleaning, let us know and give us an opportunity to correct it. If you are still not happy, you will pay nothing.

Your keys are coded and locked in a key safe, and they are only removed from the safe on your cleaning day.

If we are unable to access the home upon arrival or if we are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half (50%) of the amount of your agreed rate will be charged.

The cancellation or rescheduling policy is pretty lenient. All we ask is for a 48-hour advance notice via phone, text, or email.

Payment is collected after every cleaning with either cash/check or an email invoice for you to pay online.
